SUCCESSUNIVERSE (00487) announced that it expects the group's consolidated losses in the first half of 2026 to increase by approximately 50% to 70% year-on-year, compared to a consolidated loss of about HKD 34 million in the same period of 2025. The increase in consolidated losses is primarily due to the cessation of operations at the Sixteen Palace Casino on November 29, 2025, which resulted in the group recognizing losses from its joint venture related to Sixteen Palace (the group's flagship investment project) in the first half of 2026, whereas the group recognized a profit of about HKD 49 million from the same joint venture in the same period last year.
