Jun Jie Group Holdings (08188) announced that on July 28, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jun Jie Engineering Limited (Jun Jie Hong Kong), entered into a memorandum of understanding with Tengxin Construction Limited (strategic partner) concerning the strategic cooperation between the two parties.
GME GROUP (08188) announced that on July 28, 2026, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Junjie Engineering Limited (Junjie Hong Kong), entered into a memorandum of understanding with Tengxin Construction Limited (strategic partner) regarding strategic cooperation between both parties.
According to the memorandum of understanding, Junjie Hong Kong and the strategic partner intend to cooperate in the following areas: 1. Developing tunnel boring machine business in Hong Kong, targeting the market in Hong Kong, China; 2. Introducing advanced machinery and construction technologies from the strategic partner for infrastructure projects targeting the development of the Northern Metropolis Area in Hong Kong, in line with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government's goals of improving efficiency and reducing costs; 3. Developing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) business in Hong Kong, focusing on public-private partnership projects in Hong Kong, especially in infrastructure projects in the Northern Metropolis Area that the Hong Kong SAR Government has shown strong interest in, as well as other civil engineering projects that may require a public-private partnership framework; 4. The strategic partner may provide project financing for projects under cooperation between the parties or projects carried out solely by Junjie Hong Kong, but this will be contingent upon the parties signing a separate written agreement.
Junjie Hong Kong and the strategic partner recognize their complementary strengths and hope to explore opportunities for cooperation in tunnel excavation, infrastructure, and public-private partnerships in Hong Kong, particularly concerning projects in the Northern Metropolis Area, aligning with the Hong Kong SAR Government's objectives of improving efficiency and reducing costs.
