This is mainly due to fair value gains on investment properties, compared to fair value losses on investment properties in the same period last year; and for the six months ending June 30, 2026, it may record a basic profit of HK$1 million, compared to a basic loss of HK$8.9 million for the same period in 2025, mainly attributed to reduced interest expenses and increased revenue from hotel operations.
