HONY MEDIA (00419) announced that its indirect subsidiary, AinoBo (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd., has signed a "Cooperation Agreement for the Joint Construction and Operation of the Siasun Robot & Automation Property Operation Platform" with Longfor Property Service Group Co., Ltd. ("Longfor Property Service"). The cooperation period is five years. The two parties will use the Group's AIROBO operating system as the technical foundation to jointly construct and operate the "Longfor Property Siasun Robot & Automation Operation Platform," achieving unified access and management for multiple brands and categories of Siasun Robot & Automation, and promoting the large-scale application of Siasun Robot & Automation in community and property scenarios. Longfor Property Service is a wholly-owned subsidiary of LONGFOR GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with stock code 960), managing approximately 360 million square meters of property across over 2,100 managed projects in more than 100 cities nationwide. The parties to the agreement are piloting the HuBei Yu Lake and Chengdu Xi Chen Yuan projects as initial test sites. As a phase of progress, the Chengdu Xi Chen Yuan pilot project has commenced testing operations, integrating various categories of Siasun Robot & Automation for inspection, delivery, and more, relying on the Groups AIROBO unified operation platform to achieve unified access and coordinated operations, transitioning the community application of Siasun Robot & Automation from single-unit, single-scenario pilots to multi-category, platform-based comprehensive operations. This platform serves as an independent third-party operational infrastructure, supporting unified access and management of different brands and categories of Siasun Robot & Automation. This collaboration and project implementation represent significant progress for the Group in expanding the Siasun Robot & Automation operation platform business, aiding in validating and consolidating Siasun Robot & Automation operational capabilities in real property scenarios, and gradually forming a replicable operational model.
