Sanofi Pharmaceuticals-B (02257) announced that on August 14, 2026, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Sanofi (Hong Kong) Limited (collectively referred to as the "Plaintiffs") have submitted a summons to the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Court) (Case No.: HCA1427/2026), accusing several former members of the Group's management, including Dr. Lu Yang, Dr. Dai Xiaochang, and Mr. Ye Yongji (collectively referred to as the "Defendants").
SIRNAOMICS-B (02257) announced that on August 14, 2026, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Saint Noble (Hong Kong) Limited (collectively referred to as "the Plaintiffs"), have submitted a summons (Case No: HCA1427/2026) to the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (the Court), accusing certain former management members of the Group, including Dr. Lu Yang, Dr. Dai Xiaochang, and Mr. Ye Yongji (collectively referred to as "the Defendants"). The claims relate to an investment of approximately USD 20 million made by the Group in the independent investment portfolio of TradArt Flagship Investment SPC (the Investment) as disclosed in the announcements. The Plaintiffs' claims against the Defendants primarily include: (1) The Defendants breaching fiduciary duties and/or other responsibilities owed to the Plaintiffs in connection with the Investment (including but not limited to decisions made regarding the Investment, monitoring and/or handling of the Investment); (2) The Defendants causing or participating in payments, subscription matters, or related arrangements that were unauthorized, unapproved, and/or not conducted in accordance with due process; and (3) Damages, equitable compensation, interest, legal fees, and any further and/or other relief as the Court deems appropriate. The Company has instructed its legal advisors to take all necessary measures to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Group. The Company expressly reserves the right to take further action against any other former management members, senior officers, or third parties if deemed necessary.
