(Pengpai Biopharmaceutical) for the Hydrochloride Epiphenidine Eye Drops, covering all sales channels in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). According to the agreement, the company and Pengpai Biopharmaceutical will cooperate for an initial period of five years. If Pengpai Biopharmaceutical achieves at least 80% of the cumulative procurement target during the first five-year period, and there are no other significant violations of the agreement, the cooperation period shall automatically renew for one additional term, extending the total contract duration to ten years.
