Fengzhan Holdings (01826) announced that the group expects to incur a net loss of approximately HKD 9 million to 12 million in the first half of 2026, compared to a loss of approximately HKD 5.2 million in the same period of 2025. The increase in the net loss during the period is primarily due to (i) a decline in both the number and contract value of ongoing projects amid the current challenging industry conditions, along with some ongoing projects nearing completion, resulting in reduced revenue recognized by the group; and (ii) rising direct costs, adversely impacting the groups gross profit.
