Xunce (03317) announced that the company has officially signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with Jiangsu Trina Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (Trina Computing). Trina Computing is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the global leading listed company in the photovoltaic industry, Trina Solar Limited, and focuses on green intelligent computing and Artificial Intelligence + businesses. In recent years, Trina Computing has aimed to promote computing and electricity synergy with artificial intelligence data centers (AIDC) as its target, deploying capabilities such as integrated source-grid-load-storage, direct supply of green electricity, and high-power liquid-cooled cabinets to establish computing power bases, thereby forming a comprehensive service capability covering green energy and computing power infrastructure.

Trina Computing is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the global photovoltaic industry leader, Trina Solar Co., Ltd., focusing on green intelligent computing and "AI+" business. In recent years, Trina Computing has aimed to advance "computing-electricity synergy" through Artificial Intelligence Data Centers (AIDC), utilizing capabilities like integrated energy networks, direct supply of green electricity, and high-power liquid-cooled cabinets to establish computing power bases, forming a comprehensive service capability that covers green energy and computing power infrastructure. This strategic cooperation will fully integrate the resources and advantages of both parties in data, computing power, energy, and industry channels, focusing on directions such as energy vertical model development, data assetization, computing-electricity synergy, collaboration on computing power, and the commercialization of Token factories. This cooperation marks an extension of the company's data tokenization capabilities into the solar energy industry. According to the strategic cooperation memorandum, the company and Trina Computing will undertake the following strategic collaborations: 1. Co-establish energy data infrastructure and vertical model capabilities. Both parties will jointly promote the access, governance, and modeling of energy industry data, collaboratively developing vertical models for the energy sector. The company will leverage its capabilities in data infrastructure, data governance, data integration, and data modeling to support the aggregation, cleansing, and labeling of multi-source heterogeneous data from distributed energy, IoT devices, and power station operations; Trina Computing will provide practical business scenarios and industry experience from photovoltaics, energy storage, and power station operations. Together, they will help establish high-quality datasets and reusable vertical models for the energy industry, providing a data foundation for energy large models and industry intelligent applications. 2. Create computing-electricity synergy and green computing application scenarios. The two parties will explore benchmark landing scenarios of computing-electricity synergy and computing power coordination around Trina Computings transformation of power supply IDC business. Leveraging Trina Computing's computing power base layout in rich green electricity areas such as Ulanqab in Inner Mongolia and Zhongwei in Ningxia, they will explore cooperation models for computing power equipment investment, computing power services, computing power scheduling, and computing power hosting; concurrently, combined with Trina Computing's ability for direct supply of green electricity, they will jointly promote the large-scale implementation of green computing services. 3. Explore the business model of energy Token factories and data assetization applications. Both parties will collaboratively explore innovative business models related to data assetization and Token billing within the energy industry. Based on the companys Token factory model, they will explore connecting energy data, energy vertical models, and intelligent capabilities into the Token ecosystem, achieving flexible billing through subscription-based, trading-based, or Token usage-based payment methods. At the same time, both parties will seek to govern, certify, and assetize operational data from power stations and data centers, facilitating data assets' participation in the data factor market and promoting the transformation of energy data value.
