CHINA RES GAS (01193) subsidiary completes the issuance of 2.5 billion yuan in medium-term notes.
China Resources Gas (01193) announced that on August 7, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Resources Gas Investment (China) Co., Ltd. (collectively referred to as "China Resources Gas Investment (China) Group"), along with its subsidiaries, has issued the third phase of medium-term notes in China. The total principal amount of the issued third phase medium-term notes is RMB 2.5 billion, of which RMB 1.5 billion has a term of three years with a coupon rate of 1.57% per annum, while the remaining RMB 1 billion has a term of five years with a coupon rate of 1.70% per annum. The proceeds from the issuance of the third phase medium-term notes will be used to refinance bank loans that were repaid with certain self-owned funds of China Resources Gas Investment (China) Group.
