China Rare Earth Nonferrous Metals (600259.SH) plans to list and transfer a 37% equity stake in Dongdianhua Company, focusing on its core business.
Zhongxiyou Color (600259.SH) issued an announcement stating that in order to optimize its asset structure and resource allocation and focus on its core business, the company intends to publicly transfer 37% of its equity in Guangdong Dongdianhua Guangsheng Rare Earth High-tech Materials Co., Ltd. ("Dongdianhua Company") at the Guangdong United Property Rights Exchange. The listing price will be no less than 142 million yuan, and the final transaction price and counterpart will be subject to the results of the public listing transaction. After the completion of this equity transfer, the company will no longer hold any equity in Dongdianhua Company.
