According to market news, Chinese artificial intelligence company Evoken is considering an initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong, with the listing plan still in the evaluation stage.
Founded in 2023, Evoken is a tech company focused on artificial intelligence and creative content production, with subsidiaries including the AI creation community LiblibAI, the AI video creation platform LibTV, and the AI design product Xingliu, covering multiple application scenarios such as AI image generation, design, and video creation.
Among them, LiblibAI is one of Evoken's core products, positioned as an AI creator ecosystem platform, providing users with AI models, materials, and creative tools. Currently, the company has gradually expanded from a single AI image generation platform to a comprehensive AI content production matrix covering images, design, and video across various scenes.
In terms of performance, according to company disclosures, as of May 2026, Evoken's annual recurring revenue (ARR) has exceeded $300 million, and over the past year, several of the company's AI products have achieved commercial breakthroughs, with the groups overall revenue maintaining rapid growth.
Industry insiders believe that as the competition for generative AI extends from foundational models to application ecosystems, AI application companies with user scale, commercialization capabilities, and product matrices are attracting capital market attention. If Evoken goes public in Hong Kong, it will further enrich the layout of the artificial intelligence industry chain in the Hong Kong market.
