The board of directors believes that the significant decline in net profit attributable to shareholders for the six-month period ending June 30, 2026, compared to the same period last year, is primarily due to changes in the business structure of major clients, leading to a decline in domestic market volume while export volume increases. This has resulted in a decrease in the volume of high-margin domestic automobile transportation and parts warehousing logistics services, consequently impacting the group's overall gross profit margin.
