Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Holdings (00874) announced that its subsidiary, Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Holdings Zhongyi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongyi Pharmaceutical"), has recently received a "Drug Production License" approved and issued by the Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration. This license allows Zhongyi Pharmaceutical to change its production manager as well as to reduce its production address, production scope, and workshop production lines. The shared Chinese medicine pretreatment and extraction workshop production line located in Qixinggang, Nancun Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou, belongs to the company's subsidiary, Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Holdings Mingxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. ("Mingxing Pharmaceutical"). Due to Mingxing Pharmaceutical's actual production circumstances and resource integration needs, it has reduced its production address, production scope, and workshop production lines. The corresponding adjustments to Zhongyi Pharmaceuticals production address, production scope, and workshop production lines are necessary for the company's capacity adjustment and will not impact Zhongyi Pharmaceutical's production. Relevant managerial staff at Zhongyi Pharmaceutical will be adjusted accordingly, and there will be a change in the production manager. The acquisition of the "Drug Production License" will not have a significant impact on the companys current performance.
