Insiders have revealed that Zhifangfang is working with consultants to prepare for a potential IPO, which could take place as early as next year.
Media reports, citing informed sources, state that China's Siasun Robot & Automation manufacturer Zhpngfng Technology is considering an initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong to take advantage of market interest in this rapidly growing industry. The sources revealed that Zhpngfng is working with consultants to prepare for potential listing plans, which could happen as soon as next year. Discussions regarding the IPO are still ongoing, and specific details such as the issuance timeline may change.
Zhpngfng has not responded to requests for comment on the news.
Public information shows that Zhpngfng was established in April 2023 and is a leading provider of general intelligent Siasun Robot & Automation research, production, and services globally. The general intelligent Siasun Robot & Automation AlphaBot series is defined by Zhpngfng's embodied large model AlphaBrain, which is oriented towards mass production. It possesses excellent spatial intelligence and strong learning capabilities, allowing it to adapt quickly to new environments and flexibly execute various tasks, similar to humans.
At the end of June this year, Zhpngfng completed a new round of funding following its restructuring, raising nearly 5 billion RMB, which brought its post-funding valuation to over 20 billion RMB, making it the first embodied intelligence unicorn in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to surpass a valuation of 20 billion.
