According to the National Development and Reform Commission, since the adjustment of domestic refined oil prices on July 17, international crude oil prices have been highly volatile, experiencing a significant increase in the days prior before retreating, followed by another surge recently. The average price in the first 10 working days before this price adjustment is higher than the average price in the 10 working days prior to the last price adjustment. Based on the changes in international oil prices, starting from 24:00 on July 31, domestic gasoline and diesel (standard products) prices will be raised by 685 yuan and 655 yuan per ton, respectively.
