CHIHO ENV (00976) announced that on July 17, 2026, it was informed that Yu Shang Investment Group Limited (Yu Shang Investment) will transfer 100% equity of Chongqing Yujiu Xin Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (Chongqing Yujiu Xin) to National Trust Limited (National Trust) at zero cost. National Trust is the trustee of a trust plan called National Trust Phoenix 24 CHIHO ENV Debt-for-Service Trust Plan. Chongqing Yujiu Xin indirectly holds 241 million shares of the company's common stock, equivalent to 15.00% of the total issued share capital of the company. Therefore, after the transfer mentioned above is completed, the corresponding indirect equity of 241 million shares (equivalent to 15.00% of the total issued share capital of the company) has been transferred to National Trust (in its capacity as trustee of the trust plan).
