On the news front, TRANSTECH announced that all the preconditions of the acquisition agreement have been met and the acquisition is expected to be completed on July 21, 2026. After the completion, the target company, Hao Min Investment Holdings Limited, will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the seller will no longer have any direct equity interest in the target company. At this point, the company indirectly holds 51% of the equity of Foton Optical Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd.
