HMVOD Video (08103) announced that on July 21, 2026, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange (GLRC Decision Letter), notifying the company that the GEM Listing Review Committee, after reviewing the statements submitted by the company and the listing department (including the statements made by the company at the hearing), believed that the company had failed to maintain a sufficient operating level and have enough asset value to support its operations as required by Rule 17.26 of the GEM Listing Rules to ensure that its shares can continue to be listed. The committee decided to maintain the GLC decision to suspend trading of shares under Rule 9.04(3) of the GEM Listing Rules.

At the company's request, trading of the shares will be suspended on the Stock Exchange from 9:00 am on July 22, 2026.
