CARRY WEALTH (00643) announced that Mr. Li Zhihao has resigned from his position as an executive director, CFO, member of the Board Investment Committee, and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong due to personal work arrangements. Ms. Chen Huiying has been appointed as an executive director and member of the Investment Committee, effective from July 21, 2026. Starting from July 21, 2026, Ms. Lin Hui has resigned from the company's company secretary and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; Mr. Xu Hongqun has been appointed as the company's company secretary.
