Rectilt Education (01449) announced that, based on the recommendation of the Company's Audit Committee, it has appointed Zhongzheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants Limited (Zhongzheng Tianheng) as the auditor for the Company's financial year ending on August 31, 2026, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Zhongzhi Xin (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited, effective from July 21, 2026, and serving until the Company's upcoming Annual General Meeting of shareholders.
