Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt announced that the company plans to repurchase shares through centralized bidding trading with an amount not less than 600 million yuan and not more than 1 billion yuan, at a repurchase price not exceeding 50 yuan per share, to maintain the company's value and shareholder rights. The repurchase period is within 3 months from the date of board approval.
2. SDIC Power Holdings: Plans to establish a joint venture with Contemporary Amperex Technology to invest in and construct the Yagen Second-Level Hydropower Station with a total investment of 33.394 billion yuan
SDIC Power Holdings announced that its subsidiary, Yadang River Hydropower, plans to establish Yalong River Yagen Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. in a joint venture with Contemporary Amperex Technology. Yagen Company will invest in and construct the Yagen Second-Level Hydropower Station with a total investment of 33.394 billion yuan. The capital is 6.679 billion yuan, the installed capacity is 2.4 million kilowatts, the expected annual electricity generation is approximately 8.645 billion kilowatt-hours, the construction period is 101 months, and the first unit is expected to start operation in 2035.
3. Shandong Sinocera Functional Material: To increase the sales price of zirconia powder by 10%-40% starting from July 27th
Shandong Sinocera Functional Material announced that the company has decided to increase the sales price of zirconia powder by approximately 10%-40% from July 27th, 2026.
