International home retail (01373) announced that in conjunction with the 35th anniversary of "JHC", the group is embarking on a new milestone through a comprehensive brand upgrade. To align with long-term development goals and strategic market positioning, the group has completed a full upgrade of its flagship retail brand. Starting from July 15, 2026, the flagship retail brand will officially be upgraded from "JHC Japan City" to "JHC Good City". This plan will be driven by the following four core business growth pillars.
IH RETAIL (01373) announces that in the 35th anniversary of "JHC", the group is embarking on a new journey towards becoming the New Journey Health Technology Group through a comprehensive brand upgrade. In line with long-term development goals and strategic market positioning, the group has fully upgraded its flagship retail brand. Starting from July 15, 2026, the flagship retail brand will officially change from "JHC Japan City" to "JHC Truly Good City". This plan will be driven by four core business growth pillars:
1. Optimizing product portfolio, promoting "Truly Good Quality": Continuously optimizing the product portfolio, dedicated to promoting the "Truly Good Quality" certification for in-house brand products. By rigorously implementing quality testing protocols and certification processes, customers can buy happily and use with confidence.
2. Enhancing customer experience, creating "Truly Good Service": Enhancing service standards in physical stores and digital channels, setting up product sampling and trial experience areas in designated stores to deepen customer-centric retail shopping experience with warmer interactions.
3. Deepening strategic partnerships, creating a "Truly Good Life" platform: Actively forming alliances with strategic partners from different fields, utilizing over 260 stores to connect a vast community network, building a "Truly Good Life" platform for neighborhood daily life, creating synergistic value.
4. Expanding the silver economy, practicing ESG "Truly Good Inclusion": Actively expanding a diversified community retail network, combining investments in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) inclusion.
The Board believes that this brand upgrade will lay the foundation for a new phase of business development for the group, creating maximum value for shareholders and investors.
