ZGC TEC LEASING (01601) announced that on July 9, 2026, the company entered into a purchase agreement II as the buyer with the supplier (Nuohao Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.) and lessee (Shanxi Nuohao Construction Co., Ltd.). Under this agreement, the company purchased leased assets III from the supplier for a purchase price of RMB 19.5 million; and the company entered into a financing lease agreement III as the lessor with the lessee, under which the company leased leased assets III to the lessee for a lease term of 36 months, with total lease payments of approximately RMB 16.54 million. Leased assets III are hybrid power wide-body dump trucks.
