China Merchants Fund (00133) has announced that Mr. Wang Xiaoding has been appointed as Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Yu Weihua has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, and Ms. Zeng Huizhu has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective from July 1, 2026.

The investment management agreement will expire on June 30, 2026, after which China Merchants China Investment Management will no longer serve as the company's investment manager. The Board of Directors will authorize the senior management team to fully responsible for the company's daily operational management.
