Bank of China Hong Kong (02388) announced that Ms. Cheng Yuhua retired as an independent non-executive director on June 25, 2026. She will no longer serve as the chair of the Sustainable Development Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and the Strategic and Budget Committee. Professor Li Huiguang has been appointed as the chair of the Sustainable Development Committee.
