(the subsidiary), signed a cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Cultural Property Exchange Limited (Shenzhen Cultural Exchange). According to the agreement, the subsidiary is authorized to provide agency trading, consulting, and other services in the Cultural Big Data Application Trading and Operation Service Center of Shenzhen Cultural Exchange.
