Green City Service (02869) announced that on June 24, 2026 (the grant date), a total of 9.622 million share options were granted to senior management and employees (grantees) of the Company and the Group under the share option scheme (the Scheme) adopted by the Company on June 16, 2023, allowing them to subscribe for ordinary shares (shares) of the Company with a par value of HK$0.00001 per share, subject to confirmation by the grantees.
