HK FINANCE GP(01273) has granted a new loan in the amount of HKD 15 million.

HK FINANCE GP (01273) issued an announcement on June 24, 2026 that a new loan agreement was entered into between HK FINANCE GP (as the lender) and Tan Yuk Chin, Hui Shang Limited, Top Develop Properties Limited, and Great Fortunate International Inc. (collectively referred to as the borrowers). According to the new loan agreement, HK FINANCE GP agreed to grant a new loan of HK$15 million to the borrowers. Prior to entering into the new loan agreement, HK FINANCE GP (as the lender) had entered into previous loan agreements to grant a total principal amount of HK$23 million to the borrowers. The proceeds from the new loan will be used to fully repay the principal of previous loan A. The terms of the new loan agreement were determined through fair negotiations between HK FINANCE GP and the borrowers. The directors believe that providing the new loan is a form of financial assistance provided by the group. They also believe that the terms of the new loan agreement were established in accordance with the group's credit policy and normal commercial terms. Considering the satisfactory financial background of the borrowers, as well as the expected stable income and cash flow from interest, the directors believe that the terms of the new loan agreement are fair and reasonable, and entering into the new loan agreement is in the overall interest of the company and its shareholders.
