Zhangjiajie (000430.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhangjiajie Dayong Ancient City Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dayong Ancient City Company") has signed a cooperation agreement for the operation of the Dayong Ancient City project with Zhangjiajie Mango Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd., a joint venture company established by the company and Hunan Dian Guang Media Co., Ltd. and Mango Super Media Co., Ltd., on December 31, 2025. According to the agreement, the joint venture company will be responsible for the quality improvement and joint operation of the Dayong Ancient City project, and is scheduled to officially open to visitors on July 10, 2026.

The opening and operation of the Dayong Ancient City project will further enrich the company's cultural and tourism product system, expand its incremental revenue sources, enhance its overall competitive strength, and generate good synergies with existing businesses, thus increasing the company's brand influence and market share.
