CN CULTURE GP (00745) has announced that the group is expected to record a profit attributable to owners of the company of approximately HK$13.3 million for the year ending 31 March 2026, compared to a loss of approximately HK$4.8 million for the year ending 31 March 2025.
The turnaround from a loss to a profit in this period is mainly attributed to a fair value change of approximately HK$15.4 million on financial assets held for trading recognized in this period.
