Global Horticulture Limited (referred to as Global Horticulture) submitted their Hong Kong IPO prospectus on December 19, 2025, which expired after 6 months on June 19, 2026. Zhongyin International was their exclusive sponsor when submitting the prospectus. According to the prospectus, Global Horticulture is a top manufacturer and exporter of decorative horticultural products, specializing in decorative plastic flowerpots for indoor and outdoor use. The company supplies to major mass merchandise and home improvement retailers in North America, including Lowe's, Walmart, Sam's Club, and Costco, through long-term business relationships. The decorative plastic flowerpot industry is a subsidiary division of the decorative flowerpot industry (accounting for about 51.1% of the decorative flowerpot market in terms of revenue). Global Horticulture is also the largest exporter among Chinese flowerpot manufacturers based on revenue in 2024.
