Ministry of Commerce: 10 U.S. entities will be included in the export control list for official implementation from the date of announcement.

1. Exporters are prohibited from exporting dual-use items to the 10 entities listed above. Organizations and individuals from any country or region are prohibited from transferring or providing dual-use items originating from China to the said entities. Any ongoing export activities should be immediately halted. 2. In special cases where export is necessary, exporters must apply to the Ministry of Commerce.
On June 22nd, the Ministry of Commerce issued a notice announcing the decision to include 10 U.S. entities, including Aveox Inc., on the export control list in order to safeguard national security and interests, fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation. The notice specified the following measures: 1. Prohibit exporters from exporting dual-use items to the aforementioned 10 entities, and prohibit any organization or individual in any country or region from transferring or providing dual-use items originating from China to these entities; any ongoing related export activities should be immediately halted. 2. In special circumstances where exports are necessary, exporters must apply to the Ministry of Commerce. This notice will officially take effect from the date of publication. The list of entities on the export control list is provided in the attachment to the notice.
