The US Department of Commerce responds by placing 10 American entities on its export control list.

According to relevant laws and regulations such as the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Export Control of Dual-Use Items of the People's Republic of China, China has decided to include Aveox, Inc. and 10 other US entities involved in military activities in the export control list and prohibit the export of dual-use items to them. Any exporter must not violate the above regulations.
On June 22, the Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement, declaring that 10 American entities will be added to the export control list. In response, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Commerce stated that, in order to safeguard national security and interests, fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, and in response to the US government's malicious actions of increasing the so-called "China Military Enterprise List," in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Control of Dual-Use Items Export of the People's Republic of China, China has decided to include 10 American entities, including Aveox, Inc., in the export control list, prohibiting the export of dual-use items to them.
