Zhaoke Technology (06866) announced that the resolution to appoint Mr. Peng Junming and Mr. Shen Wei as independent non-executive directors has been formally approved. Mr. Peng Junming has also been appointed as the chairman of the Company's audit committee, a member of the remuneration and appraisal committee, and a member of the ESG sustainable development committee. Mr. Shen Wei has also been appointed as the chairman of the Company's nomination committee, a member of the audit committee, and a member of the strategic and risk management committee.
