(ii) due to management's efforts to improve the collection of trade and other receivables, the net gain of approximately HK$17 million is expected to be achieved for this period from expected credit losses on trade and other receivables, while a net loss of approximately HK$32.5 million was recorded in the previous period for expected credit losses on trade and other receivables.
