Stone Pharmaceuticals' (300765.SZ) subsidiary Situ Qiyu's application for the listing of YOUCAN anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody injection has been accepted.

Stone Pharmaceutical Innovation (300765.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary, CSPC PHARMA Jusite Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., recently received the "Acceptance Notice" issued by the National Medical Products Administration for the application for the listing of Siltuximab injection. The announcement stated that Siltuximab is a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that selectively binds to IL-17A, blocking its interaction with the IL-17A receptor. IL-17A is a key cytokine in the inflammatory response and disease progression of diseases such as psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis, playing a core role in the pathogenesis. As an IL-17A inhibitor, Siltuximab can specifically neutralize IL-17A, inhibit its pro-inflammatory effects, effectively alleviate disease symptoms, and continuously improve the condition, bringing long-term clinical benefits to patients. Its fully human structure results in a lower rate of antibody resistance and it also has lasting efficacy and good safety.
