The Yu Group (01628) announced that on June 16, 2026, the seller (indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, The Center (58) Limited) intends to sell the property to the buyer (Xinyao Limited) for a consideration of HK$269 million. The property includes Unit 5801, 5802, 5803, 5805, 5806, and 5813 on the 58th floor of The Center, 99 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong. Part of the property is currently used by the group as office space (self-use part), while the other part (non-self-use part) is vacant as of the date of this announcement. It is expected that the self-use part will be leased back to the seller by the buyer upon completion.
