As of the time of writing, the stock price has risen by over 10%, with the company's stock price soaring by more than 56% since going public. On the news front, on Tuesday local time, SpaceX announced that it will acquire Anysphere for $60 billion in a deal, Anysphere is the developer of Cursor, a widely used AI programming super assistant globally. This move aims to significantly strengthen SpaceX's dominant position in the corporate artificial intelligence market. The company currently expects this large-scale merger to be completed in the third quarter of 2026. It is understood that SpaceX will complete the acquisition through an all-stock transaction. The implied valuation of Cursor in this transaction reaches as high as $60 billion.
