NEW SILKROAD (00472) completed the issuance of 642 million shares of subscribed shares, raising approximately HK$137.8 million net.

NEW SILKROAD (00472) announced that the company plans to discount approximately 3.59% of the total 642 million subscription shares. The subscription conditions have been met, and according to the terms and conditions of each subscription agreement, delivery was completed on June 16, 2026. A total of 642 million subscription shares were issued and distributed to six subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.215 per share on June 16, 2026. The total amount raised from the subscription will be HK$138 million. The net amount raised from the subscription (after deducting all applicable costs and expenses) will be approximately HK$137.8 million, with a net issuance price of approximately HK$0.215 per subscription share. The company plans to use the net amount raised from the subscription for the following purposes: (i) approximately HK$51.1 million for investment in smart seed business; (ii) approximately HK$51.1 million for investment in semiconductor supply chain financing business; and (iii) approximately HK$27.56 million for general operating expenses (including payment of employee costs, rent expenses, and other business and company expenses).
