MINIEYE (02431) announced that the group has recently officially signed a purchase and long-term cooperation agreement (cooperation agreement) with an independent third-party enterprise located in Wuxi. This successful cooperation signifies a significant progress in the commercialization and market expansion of the group's unmanned logistics vehicle business. According to the agreement, the cooperation between the two parties will be conducted on the principles of "equality, voluntariness, mutual benefit, and long-term stability." Within the validity period of the agreement, the cooperating party and third parties assisted by the cooperating party will purchase a total of 1,000 unmanned logistics vehicles and supporting software systems from the group, including the T5, T8, and other unmanned logistics vehicle products launched during the cooperation period. These purchased vehicles will mainly be used in scenarios such as urban distribution, supply and distribution in city and county-level administrative areas, and the "last mile" of logistics, covering various logistics fields such as fresh products, food, pharmaceuticals, supermarkets, and building materials. The cooperating party will be responsible for coordinating the application for road rights and licensing of unmanned logistics vehicles in the relevant regions, while the group will complete production, delivery, operations, and after-sales services according to the agreed standards.
