National Development and Reform Commission: Director Zheng Zhajie presided over a symposium for private enterprises to gather opinions and suggestions on advancing the construction of the "Six Web" system.
The National Development and Reform Commission will deeply implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, strengthen the construction of the "six networks" plan, enhance the coordinated advancement of multiple networks, make coordinated use of various government funds and new types of policy-based financial instruments, strengthen factors such as land and environmental impact assessments, adhere to the emphasis on quality and efficiency, accelerate the transformation and implementation, and promote the formation of more tangible work results.
On the morning of June 16th, Zheng Zhijie, Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, hosted a symposium, inviting the leaders of five private enterprises in related fields such as Oude Group, Harbin Jiuzhou Group, Jushri Technologies, Inc., Hebei Baoxin Logistics, etc., to communicate and exchange views on the current economic situation and the systematic promotion of the construction of the "Six Networks" to expand domestic effective demand, and listen to opinions and suggestions.
During the symposium, companies focused on the planning and construction of water networks, new power grids, computing power networks, new generation communication networks, city underground pipe networks, and logistics networks based on their production and operation situations, speaking freely. Everyone believed that it is very necessary for the country to deploy and promote the construction of the "Six Networks" to adapt to the current and future economic and social development needs. The construction of the "Six Networks" has a large demand, strong driving force, and wide radiation, providing significant opportunities for enterprises to expand markets, increase investment, and innovate development. Enterprises will seize the opportunities and actively participate in the construction of the "Six Networks" to achieve better development in serving the country's major strategies. At the same time, participating companies put forward suggestions and opinions on improving project benefit mechanisms, optimizing standard systems, increasing funding element guarantees, regulating market competition order, and expanding channels for private enterprise participation.
Zheng Zhijie listened carefully to the speeches of each enterprise leader, engaged in in-depth exchanges and interactions with everyone, and responded to the concerns of the enterprises one by one. He stated that China has outstanding institutional advantages, enormous market scale advantages, a complete industrial system advantage, and abundant talent resources advantages, with tremendous economic development potential. The national deployment and promotion of the construction of the "Six Networks," considering both the traditional infrastructure shortcomings and the layout of new infrastructure, is not only a powerful leverage to deeply tap domestic demand potential but also an important support to accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system. He hopes that enterprises will have the confidence in development, seize development opportunities, actively participate in the construction of the "Six Networks" and key infrastructure, and play a greater role in building a strong domestic market, achieving better development. The opinions and suggestions put forward by enterprises will be carefully categorized and studied for adoption in future work.
Next, the National Development and Reform Commission will thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, strengthen the planning and construction of the "Six Networks", enhance the coordinated advancement of multiple networks, make good use of various government funds and new policy financial instruments, strengthen the guarantee of land, environmental assessment, and other factors, uphold the importance of quality and efficiency, accelerate transformation and implementation, and promote the formation of more tangible work results. It will promote the construction of a unified national large market in depth, standardize local investment promotion behavior, advance the fair opening of competitive areas in infrastructure to operating entities, improve the long-term mechanism for private enterprises to participate in major project construction, actively attract social capital to participate in the construction of the "Six Networks," and effectively stimulate private investment vitality. At the same time, deepen the normalized communication and exchanges with multi-level and private enterprises, strengthen forward-looking and strategic issue research, adhere to the combination of points and surfaces, near and far, strengthen overall coordination, and promote the development and growth of the private economy with practical measures.
