In the twelve-month period prior to the acquisition date, the group purchased a total of 1.5 million units of TRACKER FUND OF HONG KONG in the open market, at an average price of approximately HK$26.31 per unit, with a total consideration of approximately HK$39.5 million (excluding transaction costs).
Taking into account the acquisition and previous acquisitions, the group purchased a total of 7.5 million units of TRACKER FUND OF HONG KONG in the open market, at an average price of approximately HK$25.45 per unit, with a total consideration of approximately HK$190.9 million (excluding transaction costs).
