INTL GENIUS (00033) announced that Ms. Leung Ka-ying (Ms. Leung) has resigned as the Company Secretary and Authorized Representative (Authorized Representative) of the Company, in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange), as she wishes to dedicate more time to personal matters, effective from June 15, 2026.
Following Ms. Leung's resignation, the Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Poon Hing-to has been appointed as the Authorized Representative of the Company, effective from June 15, 2026.
