Issuance of "Guidelines for Classification and Grading of Financial Information Service Data"
The National Internet Information Office, the People's Bank of China, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the National Bureau of Statistics, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange have formulated the "Guidelines for the Classification and Grading of Financial Information Service Data".
On June 13, according to the Cyberspace Administration of China, in order to guide financial information service institutions to carry out data classification and grading and important data identification work, and to enhance the data security level of financial information services, based on the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Regulations on Network Data Security Management", the "Regulations on the Management of Financial Information Services", and other laws, regulations, rules, and policies, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the People's Bank of China, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the National Bureau of Statistics, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange have formulated the "Guidelines for Data Classification and Grading of Financial Information Services".

In order to guide financial information service institutions to carry out data classification and grading and important data identification work, and to enhance the data security level of financial information services, based on the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Regulations on Network Data Security Management", the "Regulations on the Management of Financial Information Services", and other laws, regulations, rules, and policies, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the People's Bank of China, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the National Bureau of Statistics, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange have formulated the "Guidelines for Data Classification and Grading of Financial Information Services".
