According to the latest report from Wedbush Securities, NVIDIA Corporation's Grace Blackwell system, including the GB300 and B300 models, continues to face high demand, with multiple customers reporting increasing difficulty in purchasing these products. Analysts Matt Bryson and Antoine Legault stated in an investor report released on Monday, "Since the release of Ampere and Hopper, we have not seen such a late stage supply shortage in NVIDIA Corporation's accelerator cycle. This, in our view, indicates that demand is rising more rapidly than previously anticipated." While supply constraints, especially in terms of memory, remain the main reason for shortages, Wedbush pointed out that NVIDIA Corporation is in the "most favorable position within the entire tech ecosystem" in terms of its supply chain layout. NVIDIA Corporation has secured DRAM and HBM supply for 2026 ahead of its competitors, and likely has already finalized procurement arrangements for 2027. Bryson added, "We are not suggesting that NVIDIA Corporation's peers or customers have not secured future supply commitments, but rather that any other chip design companies, cloud service providers CSPs, OEMs, etc., will all face similar or even greater challenges in seeking incremental components to meet unexpectedly high demand." In the memory sector, Wedbush believes that Everpure (P.US) may be one of the best targets for investors to participate in the ongoing rise in NAND and DRAM prices. Bryson noted, "Current NAND pricing has already risen by 70%, and is expected to rise further during the year. If this outlook translates into revenue, it means that sales momentum will continue to increase throughout the year, in sharp contrast to the company's management guidance. Moreover, considering that Everpure uses less NAND, has lower NAND costs, and uses less DRAM per storage unit compared to its peers, we believe its advantageous position in the rising commodity environment makes its prospects more reasonable." Wedbush has given both NVIDIA Corporation and Everpure an "outperform" rating, with target prices of $330 and $105, respectively.
