Broadband and AI infrastructure supported by favorable wind! ITG (ITG.US) submits application for US stock IPO, seeking to raise up to $300 million.
ITG plans to raise up to approximately $300 million in funds through its initial public offering (IPO).
Broadband and utility engineering company ITG filed documents with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last Friday, planning to raise up to approximately $300 million through an initial public offering (IPO).
According to the information, ITG provides infrastructure services to broadband, wireless, and utility network operators across the United States. The company's business is divided into two main segments: the engineering and operations department is responsible for the daily operation and planned maintenance of networks, while the infrastructure deployment department handles the planning, design, and construction of new and expanded networks. The company's diverse client base includes broadband service providers, fiber optic operators, wireless communication companies, data center operators, as well as public and private utilities, primarily through long-term comprehensive service agreements.
It is reported that ITG is experiencing strong growth in its industry, benefiting from the U.S. government's Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program, as well as the continued surge in demand for artificial intelligence data center infrastructure. The BEAD program is a federal project with a budget of $42.5 billion, aimed at deploying high-speed networks in underserved areas of the United States.
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the company achieved revenues of $1.3 billion in the 12 months ending March 31, 2026. ITG plans to list on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "ITG." ITG submitted a confidential IPO application on February 13, 2026.
Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, UBS Investment Bank, Stifel, Bank of America Securities, Bain, Santander, KeyBanc Capital Markets, and Truist Securities are the joint underwriters for this transaction.
