On May 29th, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a "Notice on the Record Filing of Overseas Issuance and Listing of Unlisted Shares in China by Zhejiang Lai Fu Harmonic Drive Co., Ltd." Lai Fu Harmonic intends to issue no more than 15,458,100 overseas listed common shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. 15 shareholders of the company plan to convert a total of 89,956,887 unlisted domestic shares into overseas listed shares, which will also be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for circulation. Zhejiang Lai Fu Harmonic Drive Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in research, design, production, and sales of harmonic reducers, and is a specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise. It has a provincial-level high-tech enterprise research and development center, as well as a provincial-level high-precision harmonic reducer enterprise research institute. It is the second domestic enterprise to fully replace imported products and achieve mass production of high-precision harmonic reducers. The company's products are mainly used in areas such as aerospace, Siasun Robot&Automation, semiconductor industry wafer transfer devices, and medical devices. The research and development of the company's products not only significantly reduce the production costs and delivery times of Siasun Robot&Automation's core component harmonic reducers, but also narrow the gap with foreign advanced technology in terms of transmission accuracy, reliability, and service life, achieving import substitution. This breaks the long-standing monopoly of Japan in the field of harmonic reducers and greatly reduces the production costs of Siasun Robot&Automation enterprises, enabling the formation of a closed loop for China's Siasun Robot&Automation industry. The industry chain and cluster competitiveness have been greatly improved.
