("Langxin Electric") disclosed the "Announcement on Publicly Issuing Shares to Qualified Investors and Listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange," "Announcement on Publicly Issuing Shares to Qualified Investors and Listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange," and "Notice Regarding the Termination of Listing of Company Shares on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations." With the approval of the Beijing Stock Exchange, Langxin Electric's shares will be listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange on May 22, 2026, and will cease trading on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations on the same day.
