Culture Transmit (00343) announced that its Board of Directors received a resignation letter from Mr. Li Shicheng (Mr. Li) on the evening of May 18, 2026. Mr. Li resigned from his position as an executive director and all other positions in the company and its subsidiaries due to personal reasons, effective immediately, in order to devote more time to other personal matters. As a result of his resignation, Mr. Li is also no longer a member of the nomination committee.
