WASION HOLDINGS (03393) appoints Zhang Libin as an independent non-executive director.

Wei Sheng Holdings (03393) announced that Mr. Wang Yaonan has informed the company of his plan to retire at the annual general meeting of shareholders in order to have more time to focus on other work, and therefore will not stand for re-election. As a result, Mr. Wang Yaonan retired as an independent non-executive director at the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders, and also stepped down as a member of the audit committee and the internal control and risk management committee. Mr. Zhang Libin was elected as an independent non-executive director, a member of the audit committee, the nomination committee, and the internal control and risk management committee at the annual general meeting of shareholders, effective from May 15, 2026.
